📖 How to Use This Tool
Getting Started:
- Prepare your CSV: Create a spreadsheet with columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, Position, Notes
- Upload: Click "Upload CSV" and select your file
- Daily Workflow: Each day, contact the first 10 people in "Today's 10" tab
- Track Progress: Click Email or Call buttons, then mark as "Done"
⚠️ CRITICAL: Protecting Your Data
- Your data is ONLY on this device + this browser
- Use the SAME browser and device each time
- Never clear browser cache/cookies or you'll lose everything
- Different browsers store data separately (Chrome ≠ Firefox)
- EXPORT CSV REGULARLY as a backup!
Using the Timer:
- Set a 60-minute focused session for daily outreach
- Click Start when you begin contacting people
- Stay focused - aim to contact all 10 people within the hour
Tips for Success:
- Review your "Today's 10" contacts before starting the timer
- Personalize each message based on the notes you added
- Export your CSV weekly to track overall progress
- If you run out of contacts, import more using "Import More"
